Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions: Items must be in the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Final Sale Items: We do not have "final sale" items. However, sale items, gift cards, personalized, or custom-made products cannot be returned.

Return Process: To request a return, contact us at sales@riverkitchenware.com. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
